Instructions

  1. Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cookie sheet with baking parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to prevent sticking and ensure even baking.
  2. Make Cookie Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, granulated sugar, and egg. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated and the dough is smooth. You can use an electric mixer, stand mixer, or even mix by hand with a wooden spoon. If using, fold in the chocolate chips evenly throughout the dough.
  3. Shape Cookies: Using about one heaping tablespoon of cookie dough per cookie, roll the dough into 1-inch balls. Place them spaced out on the prepared baking sheet.
