This strawberry and pineapple layered dessert is a refreshing, no-bake treat perfect for any occasion. With a smooth, creamy filling and the vibrant flavors of fresh strawberries and pineapples, this dessert comes together quickly, making it an ideal choice for busy days or when you want to impress guests without spending hours in the kitchen.

Ingredients

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained

1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, diced

1 pre-made graham cracker crust (or make your own)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until everything is smooth and creamy.
  5. Layer the bottom of the graham cracker crust with half of the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Spread the drained crushed pineapple over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Add another layer of the remaining cream cheese mixture on top of the pineapple.
  8. Finish by topping the dessert with diced strawberries, arranging them evenly across the top.
  9. Refrigerate the dessert for at least 2 hours to let it set before serving.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. This dessert stays fresh for up to 3 days.

If using frozen strawberries, make sure they are thawed and drained of excess water before adding them to the dessert.

If you prefer, you can substitute the graham cracker crust with an Oreo crust or a crushed pretzel crust for added flavor.

For a lighter version, you can substitute the heavy cream with whipped topping and use reduced-fat cream cheese.

For a bit of crunch, sprinkle chopped nuts like walnuts or almonds on top before serving.
