Strawberry Fluff Salad is a light, airy dessert or side dish made with whipped topping, marshmallow crème, strawberries, and pineapple. It’s a no-cook, fruity treat that’s perfect for potlucks, family dinners, or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow crème (marshmallow fluff)

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained

½ cup mini marshmallows (optional)

½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Optional garnish: maraschino cherries, fresh mint leaves, extra strawberry slices

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, gently fold together the whipped topping and marshmallow crème until well combined and fluffy.
  2. Add the sliced strawberries, drained pineapple, mini marshmallows, and chopped nuts if using. Fold gently to combine evenly.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill and let the flavors meld.
  4. Before serving, stir gently. Scoop into serving bowls and garnish with cherries, extra strawberries, or mint if desired.

Notes

Thoroughly drain pineapple to avoid watery salad.

Omit nuts for a nut-free version.

Best served chilled; not suitable for freezing.

Use sugar-free or light alternatives for a lighter version.

Add other fruits like mango or blueberries for variety.
