This Stove Top Stuffing Meatloaf is a flavorful, moist twist on a classic dish, using Stove Top stuffing mix to enhance texture and taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of Stove Top stuffing mix (traditional flavor)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, Stove Top stuffing mix, water, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf shape.
  4. Bake for 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
  5. Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
