Spicy Korean Ramen with Grilled Beef & Creamy Sauce combines spicy ramen noodles, tender grilled beef, and a creamy, tangy sauce. This fusion of Korean flavors and indulgent creaminess will spice up your dinner and leave you craving more.

Ingredients

Beef (sirloin or ribeye, thinly sliced)

Ramen noodles (discard seasoning packet)

Gochujang (Korean red chili paste)

Heavy cream

Soy sauce

Sesame oil

Garlic (minced)

Rice vinegar

Brown sugar

Green onions (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or a grill pan to medium-high heat. Season the beef with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of sesame oil.
  2. Grill the beef for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked to your desired doneness, then remove and set aside to rest.
  3. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  4. In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Stir in gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and brown sugar. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to meld the flavors.
  6. Add the heavy cream and stir until the sauce becomes smooth. Cook for 2-3 more minutes, adjusting seasoning with more soy sauce or gochujang if needed.
  7. Toss the cooked noodles in the sauce, making sure they are well-coated.
  8. Slice the grilled beef and place it on top of the noodles.
  9. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, and serve!

Notes

For a vegetarian option, replace the beef with tofu, tempeh, or extra vegetables like mushrooms or zucchini.

For more heat, add extra gochujang or chili flakes.

Add vegetables like bok choy, spinach, or carrots to make it even more nutritious and colorful.

Instant ramen noodles work perfectly for this recipe, just discard the seasoning packet.

Use coconut cream instead of heavy cream for a dairy-free version.
