A super simple macaroni and cheese recipe that doesn’t require making a white sauce. Perfect for a quick and easy meal, this dish is creamy and flavorful.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients:

  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup (such as Campbell’s)
  • 1 ¼ cups milk
  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 ½ cups macaroni

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain.
  2. Prepare the Cheese Sauce: Mix condensed soup and cheese. Add 1 can of milk and stir. Combine with cooked pasta.
  3. Bake: Transfer mixture to a greased casserole dish. Bake at 325°F for about 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
