Pumpkin Lush is a no-bake layered dessert featuring a buttery graham cracker crust, creamy spiced pumpkin filling, and fluffy whipped topping. A perfect fall treat for gatherings or holiday meals.

Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

¼ cup granulated sugar

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

½ teaspoon ground ginger (optional)

1 cup pumpkin puree

3 cups whipped topping (divided)

Optional: Additional cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Stir until the texture resembles wet sand.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Mix until fully combined.
  5. Stir in the pumpkin puree until smooth and creamy.
  6. Gently fold in 1 ½ cups of whipped topping until fully incorporated and fluffy.
  7. Spread the pumpkin mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
  8. Top with the remaining 1 ½ cups of whipped topping and smooth the surface.
  9. Optional: Sprinkle with extra cinnamon for garnish.
  10. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  11. Slice into squares and serve chilled.
