Ingredients

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 (8 oz) packages Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 large eggs

1/2 cup sour cream (optional)

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper or grease it.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon. Stir in melted butter until evenly combined. Press into the pan and bake for 8–10 minutes. Let cool.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla, and eggs, and beat until creamy. Mix in sour cream and flour if using.
  4. Pour filling over the cooled crust and spread evenly. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
  5. Cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  6. Cut into bars and serve plain or topped with fruit, chocolate, or caramel.
