Peach Lemonade Slush is a refreshing and icy drink made with juicy peaches and tangy lemonade. This easy-to-make, frozen beverage is perfect for hot days, offering a sweet, fruity flavor and a fun twist on classic lemonade.

Ingredients

2 cups fresh or frozen peaches (about 34 peaches, peeled and pitted)

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 45 lemons)

1/4 cup honey or sugar (optional, for sweetness)

2 cups ice cubes

1/2 cup water (or more for desired consistency)

Lemon slices for garnish (optional)

Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the peaches: If using fresh peaches, peel, pit, and chop them into chunks. If using frozen peaches, skip this step and use them directly from the freezer.
  2. Juice the lemons: Juice the lemons until you have about 1 cup of fresh lemon juice. Strain out the seeds if necessary.
  3. Blend the slush: In a blender, combine the peaches, lemon juice, honey or sugar (if using), and ice. Add 1/2 cup of water to start, and blend until smooth. You can add more water if the slush is too thick, or more ice if you prefer a thicker texture.
  4. Taste and adjust: Taste the slush and add more sweetener if desired. You can also adjust the amount of lemon juice for a tangier flavor or add more peaches for a sweeter, fruitier drink.
  5. Serve: Pour the slush into glasses and garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves, if desired. Serve immediately while it’s nice and cold!
  6. Enjoy: Enjoy your refreshing, icy Peach Lemonade Slush!

Notes

For a sparkling version, replace the water with sparkling water or club soda.

For a tropical flavor, add pineapple or mango to the blend.

Make it a berry version by adding a handful of berries like strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries.
