Oreo Lasagna is a decadent no-bake dessert made with layers of creamy whipped cream, pudding, and cream cheese, all layered between crunchy crumbled Oreos. This indulgent treat is perfect for gatherings, potlucks, or satisfying your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

36 Oreo cookies (about 1 1/2 packages)

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1/4 cup powdered sugar (for the whipped cream)

1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix

2 cups milk

1012 Oreos, roughly chopped

Chocolate syrup (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oreo crust: In a food processor, crush the 36 Oreos into fine crumbs. Alternatively, place them in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin. Combine the Oreo crumbs with melted butter in a bowl.
  2. Form the crust: Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form a uniform crust. Refrigerate while preparing the creamy layers.
  3. Make the cream cheese layer: Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  4. Prepare the whipped cream: In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  5. Make the vanilla pudding layer: Whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and 2 cups of milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it thickens.
  6. Assemble the layers: Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chilled Oreo crust. Layer the vanilla pudding on top, followed by the whipped cream layer.
  7. Add the topping: Roughly chop 10-12 Oreos and sprinkle them on top of the whipped cream. Drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
  8. Chill and serve: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the layers to set. Serve cold and enjoy!

Notes

This dessert tastes even better when made a day ahead, as the flavors meld together in the fridge.

You can substitute regular whipped topping (like Cool Whip) for the homemade whipped cream if preferred.

Feel free to try different Oreo flavors, like golden or mint, for a fun twist.

For a vegan version, use plant-based cream cheese, dairy-free whipped cream, and dairy-free pudding mixes.

If you like, add nuts like crushed walnuts or pecans for extra crunch in the topping.
