Oreo Delight is a decadent, no-bake dessert that layers creamy filling with the irresistible crunch of Oreos. This treat combines a rich, smooth center with crunchy Oreo crust, making it a crowd-pleaser for any gathering. It’s simple to make, and perfect for those craving a quick and indulgent dessert.

Ingredients

1 package (about 16) Oreo cookies

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

1 ½ cups cold milk

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup chocolate syrup (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Begin by crushing the Oreos. Place them in a zip-top bag and use a rolling pin to crush them into small pieces. Alternatively, pulse in a food processor until finely crushed.
  2. Reserve about 1/4 cup of the crushed Oreos for garnish, then pour the remaining crushed Oreos into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish. Press gently to form a crust.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the vanilla pudding with cold milk. Stir until it thickens.
  5. Add the pudding mixture to the cream cheese mixture, along with the vanilla extract. Stir until fully combined.
  6. Fold in the whipped topping until smooth.
  7. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the Oreo crust.
  8. Sprinkle the reserved crushed Oreos on top for garnish.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight is best) to allow it to set.
  10. Before serving, drizzle with chocolate syrup (optional) for an extra touch of sweetness.

Notes

For extra chocolatey flavor, mix in mini chocolate chips or drizzle chocolate sauce on top.

For a peanut butter twist, add a layer of peanut butter between the crust and filling.

Add fresh berries or a fruit compote as a topping for contrast.
