These No Bake Rocky Road Squares are rich, chocolatey treats packed with marshmallows, crunchy nuts, and biscuit pieces. Easy to make and no oven required, they’re perfect for quick desserts, parties, or nostalgic snacking.

Ingredients

2 cups semi-sweet or dark chocolate, chopped or chips

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup unsalted butter

1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows or chopped regular marshmallows

1 cup crushed biscuits or graham crackers

3/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, pecans, or walnuts)

Optional: 1/2 cup dried fruit (cherries, cranberries, or raisins)

Optional: 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or coconut flakes

Optional: pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on sides.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and butter together, stirring constantly until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallows, crushed biscuits, nuts, and optional mix-ins until evenly coated.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading and pressing it evenly.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours until firm.
  6. Lift out using parchment edges, slice into squares, and serve.

Notes

Replace marshmallows with nougat or mini marshmallow bits for a twist.

Use half white chocolate for a creamier version.

Stir in dried fruits for a fruity contrast.

Top with coconut, sprinkles, or crushed pretzels before chilling.
