These Mini S’mores Pies are quick, gooey treats combining marshmallows, chocolate, and graham cracker crusts—perfect for parties, snacks, or satisfying your s’mores craving without a campfire.

Ingredients

4 mini graham cracker pie shells

½ cup chocolate pudding (instant or homemade)

1 cup mini marshmallows

Optional toppings: chocolate shavings, graham crumbs, sea salt

Instructions

  1. Set mini graham cracker pie shells on a baking sheet or heat-safe tray.
  2. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of chocolate pudding into each shell.
  3. Top with mini marshmallows, evenly distributed.
  4. To warm and toast:
    • Oven: Broil on high for 1–2 minutes until marshmallows are golden.
    • Microwave: Heat on high for 15–20 seconds until marshmallows puff.
    • Kitchen torch: Toast marshmallows directly until golden brown.
