Tender chicken breasts baked with a creamy Parmesan-mayo coating that makes each bite incredibly moist and flavorful. A comforting, family-friendly dish that’s easy to prepare and always satisfying.

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (thin or halved)

½ cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt/sour cream)

½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp seasoned salt (or a mix of salt + smoked paprika)

¼ tsp ground black pepper

Optional garnish: chopped parsley or paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 °F. Lightly grease a baking dish and arrange the chicken breasts in a single layer.
  2. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and pepper to form a creamy topping.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  4. Bake for 40–45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 °F and the topping is golden brown.
  5. Optional: Broil for the last 2–3 minutes for a crispier, golden topping.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley or a sprinkle of paprika and serve hot.

Notes

Substitute mayo with Greek yogurt or sour cream for a tangy twist.

Use chicken thighs instead, adjusting the baking time as needed.

Add paprika, onion powder, or chili flakes for extra flavor.

Broiling adds a golden crust but is optional.

Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken is fully cooked.
