1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp Creole or Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp white or apple cider vinegar
1 tsp hot sauce or 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder or 1 tbsp finely minced onion
1 tsp paprika (sweet or smoked)
1/2 tsp celery seed or 1 tbsp finely chopped celery
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley or chives
Salt and pepper to taste
