1/4 cup shelled pistachios, chopped

A pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dates: Slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit. Gently open the date to create a pocket for the filling.
  2. Make the ricotta filling: In a small bowl, combine ricotta cheese, honey, cinnamon (if using), and vanilla extract. Stir well until smooth and creamy.
