Ingredients

1 (14‑oz) can sweetened condensed milk

1 (8‑oz) package cream cheese, softened

½ cup fresh lemon juice (about 23 lemons)

1 Tbsp lemon zest

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups whipped topping (Cool Whip‑style), thawed

24 Oreo cookies (original or golden), crushed

Optional garnish: lemon slices or extra Oreo crumbs

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla; mix until creamy.
  2. Gently fold in whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.
  3. In a 9×13‑inch dish or individual cups, layer half the crushed Oreos, then half the lemon cream.
  4. Repeat layers: remaining Oreos and top with lemon cream layer.
  5. Garnish with extra Oreo crumbs, lemon zest, or lemon slices if desired.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (ideally 4) until set.
