1 large egg

1 egg yolk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

3 cups powdered sugar

23 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg, egg yolk, and vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix into wet ingredients until dough forms.
  4. Spread dough evenly into prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake 20–25 minutes, until edges are golden. Cool completely.
