Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

2 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp honey

1/2 cup BBQ sauce

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tsp honey (for drizzle)

2 tbsp BBQ sauce (for drizzle)

1/4 tsp smoked paprika (for drizzle)

56 flour tortillas

Optional garnishes: shredded cheese, cilantro, avocado, salsa

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and drain excess fat.
  2. Add butter and minced garlic to the beef and cook until butter is melted and garlic is fragrant.
  3. Stir in honey, BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for a few minutes until thick and saucy.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, BBQ sauce, and smoked paprika to make the drizzle sauce.
  5. Warm the flour tortillas. Optionally, sprinkle cheese on them and microwave briefly to melt.
  6. Fill tortillas with beef mixture, drizzle with the sauce, and top with your choice of garnishes.

Notes

Use hot honey or sriracha for added heat.

Swap smoked paprika with regular paprika as needed.

Corn tortillas can be used for a gluten-free option.

Try shredded chicken or ground turkey for variety.

Sour cream or Greek yogurt can replace mayonnaise in the drizzle sauce.
