Whether you’re in a rush or craving something deliciously satisfying, these wraps deliver both taste and convenience without compromising on flavor.

Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts (cooked and shredded, or use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken)

1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

4 large flour tortillas (or any wrap of your choice)

1 cup shredded lettuce or mixed greens

1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your preferred cheese)

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced (optional)

1/4 cup cucumber, thinly sliced (optional)

2 tablespoons ranch dressing or your preferred dressing

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, toss the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until the chicken is well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of ranch dressing in the center of each tortilla.
  3. Evenly distribute the BBQ chicken mixture across each tortilla, followed by the shredded lettuce, cheese, red onion, and cucumber (if using).
  4. Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly to form a wrap.
  5. Serve immediately, or wrap in foil or parchment paper for an easy-to-go lunch or snack.

Notes

Feel free to add more veggies like bell peppers, tomatoes, or avocado for added flavor.

Swap the chicken for turkey, grilled shrimp, or tofu for a plant-based protein option.

If you like heat, add sliced jalapeños or a drizzle of hot sauce to spice up the wraps.

For a different flavor, try buffalo sauce, honey mustard, or a tangy vinaigrette instead of BBQ sauce.
