Creamy Beef and Bowtie Pasta is a comforting dish combining tender beef, creamy sauce, and bowtie pasta. It’s simple, satisfying, and perfect for busy weeknights or cozy weekends at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Begin by cooking the bowtie pasta according to the package directions. Once done, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.
  3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the beef, and sauté for about 2 minutes until the onion becomes soft and translucent.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and bring it to a simmer. Let it cook for about 3-4 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and add the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6. Once the sauce is simmering and creamy, add the cooked pasta into the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is coated evenly in the sauce.
  7. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and continue cooking for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
