Ingredients

8 slices of salami (or your preferred deli meat, such as ham or turkey)

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional for added tang)

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Pickles, olives, or sliced peppers (optional for extra filling)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cream cheese mixture: In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard (if using), and salt and pepper to taste. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture: Lay the slices of salami flat on a clean surface. Using a butter knife or a small spatula, spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over each slice of salami.
  3. Roll up the salami: Starting from one edge, carefully roll each slice of salami up into a tight roll. If you’re adding any extras like pickles, olives, or sliced peppers, place them at the edge of the salami before rolling.
