Crack Burgers are juicy, flavorful burgers made with perfectly seasoned ground beef, melted cheddar cheese, and a secret sauce, creating an irresistible combination that will become your go-to burger recipe.

Ingredients

Ground beef (80/20 mix)

Hamburger buns

Cheddar cheese

Lettuce

Pickles

Onion (optional)

Ketchup

Mayonnaise

Dijon mustard

Garlic powder

Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well and form into patties.
  3. Grill or cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  4. During the last minute of cooking, top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese and let it melt.
  5. To make the secret sauce, mix equal parts ketchup, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard, and add a little garlic powder and salt to taste.
  6. Assemble the burgers by spreading the sauce on the bottom half of the bun. Add the cooked patty, lettuce, pickles, and onion (if desired).

Notes
