A rich and creamy Chocolate Protein Pudding made with Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, and cocoa. This healthy dessert or snack provides a satisfying chocolate flavor while packing a protein punch, perfect for fitness enthusiasts or anyone craving a nutritious treat.

Ingredients

Chocolate Protein Pudding

  • 5 cups Greek yogurt (full-fat, plain or vanilla)
  • 4 scoops chocolate protein powder (approximately 2 to 3 tablespoons per scoop)
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, add the Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, unsweetened cocoa powder, vanilla paste, and maple syrup. Whisk thoroughly until all the ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth and uniform in color.
  2. Refrigerate: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid to prevent any odors from the fridge affecting the pudding. Refrigerate the mixture for at least one hour to allow it to thicken and develop a creamy pudding-like texture.
  3. Serve: After chilling, give the pudding a quick stir and serve. Optionally, garnish with whipped cream, shaved chocolate, and fresh berries to add extra flavor and texture. Enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Use full-fat Greek yogurt for a creamier texture; low-fat options will result in a thinner pudding.
  • Adjust cocoa powder amount to suit your preferred level of chocolate intensity.
  • Maple syrup can be substituted with honey or a sugar-free sweetener if desired.
  • Protein powder scoops may vary by brand, measure accordingly for consistency.
  • Keep the pudding refrigerated and consume within 2-3 days for best freshness.
