Decadent, creamy cheesecake-inspired fudge layered with white chocolate and graham cracker crumbs. This no-bake treat is perfect for parties, gifting, or indulging in rich, buttery sweetness any time.

Ingredients

2 cups white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate

1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 cups powdered sugar, sifted

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Optional swirl mix-ins: jam, fruit puree, lemon curd

Optional toppings: crushed graham crackers, freeze-dried raspberries, zest

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for lifting fudge later.
  2. Melt white chocolate gently in a double boiler or microwave in short intervals, stirring until smooth. Let cool slightly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until creamy.
  4. Gradually beat in sifted powdered sugar until fully incorporated.
  5. Mix in the melted white chocolate until smooth.
  6. Fold in graham cracker crumbs until evenly distributed.
  7. Spread half the mixture in the pan. Add spoonfuls of optional jam or lemon curd, then top with remaining fudge and swirl gently with a knife.
  8. Top with optional toppings like crushed graham crackers or fruit pieces.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or freeze for 30–45 minutes until set.
  10. Lift fudge from pan using parchment, cut into 1-inch squares, and serve chilled or at room temp.
