Candy-Dipped Marshmallow Pumpkin Pops are festive Halloween treats made with fluffy marshmallows dipped in orange candy melts and decorated like pumpkins. Fun, colorful, and easy to make, they’re perfect for parties, trick-or-treat events, or edible gifts.

Ingredients

12 large marshmallows

12 lollipop sticks or paper straws

1 package orange candy melts

Green candy melts or green icing (for stems and vines)

Black edible gel or mini chocolate chips (for faces, optional)

Instructions

  1. Insert lollipop sticks or straws into the center of each marshmallow.
  2. Melt orange candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Dip each marshmallow into melted candy, covering completely. Let excess drip off and place on parchment to set.
  4. Decorate with green candy melts or icing to make stems and vines. Add faces with edible gel or chocolate chips if desired.
  5. Let pops sit until the coating hardens fully before serving or packaging.

Notes

Roll dipped marshmallows in orange sanding sugar for sparkle.

Use different colored candy melts for a variety of pumpkin pops.

Add a dash of cinnamon or pumpkin spice to the candy coating for extra flavor.
