1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1/2 small onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Add minced garlic for more flavor.
