Ingredients

2 cups almond flour (finely ground)

2 large eggs

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other milk)

2 tablespoons melted butter or coconut oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or erythritol)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle iron and grease if needed.
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs, almond milk, melted butter, vanilla, and sweetener.
  3. Add almond flour, baking powder, and salt to the wet ingredients and stir until smooth. Adjust thickness with more milk if needed.
  4. Pour batter into the waffle iron and cook for 3–5 minutes or until golden and crisp.
  5. Remove and serve immediately with your favorite toppings.

Notes
