Air Fryer Pasta Chips are a crunchy, savory snack made by air-frying seasoned pasta until golden and crisp. A healthier alternative to traditional chips, these addictive bites are perfect for dipping or snacking on their own.

Ingredients

8 oz uncooked pasta (rotini, penne, or farfalle)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (or dried oregano)

1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)

Optional: Marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping

Instructions

  1. Bring salted water to a boil and cook pasta until al dente, about 7-8 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
  2. Spread pasta on a towel to dry for a few minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, toss pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  5. Place pasta in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese while warm, if using. Serve with your favorite dip.

Notes

Shake the air fryer basket during cooking to prevent sticking and ensure even crisping.

Add cheese before or after air frying based on your preference.

Use gluten-free pasta if desired.

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days.

Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 2-3 minutes to restore crispiness.
