Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix

½ cup diced pepperoni (or mini pepperoni slices)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in sour cream and ranch seasoning until well combined.
  3. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese and diced pepperoni.
  4. Transfer mixture to a small baking dish and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden on top.

Notes
