A simple and refreshing smoothie made with just frozen cherries, pineapple, and a splash of juice or milk, delivering a naturally sweet, vibrant, and tropical flavor perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

1 cup frozen cherries (pitted)

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

1/2 to 3/4 cup pineapple juice, coconut water, or almond milk (adjust for desired consistency)

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen cherries and pineapple chunks into a blender.
  2. Pour in pineapple juice (or preferred liquid), starting with 1/2 cup.
  3. Blend on high until smooth, adding more liquid if a thinner consistency is desired.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Makes one large smoothie or two smaller servings.

Optional variations: add spinach or kale for greens, protein powder or Greek yogurt for extra filling, use fresh fruit with ice cubes for texture, or add chia seeds for fiber.

Best enjoyed fresh; leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours and stirred before drinking.
